Lucky, created September 2007 by Paper for the YB, was a Mudkip that joined the YB for some reason or another. He's almost infamous for his not-having-a-personality-...ing.
Paper will add more when he thinks of anything. Or someone else that's a Lucky stalker will. Who knows.

Several years after the events of Pokemon Realgar, Lucky stepped through the doors of the YB HQ. At that time he was personality-confused, so to speak. Um... PMF cannot think of anything right now. Again. Later, maybe?
