Some Pokemon Trainer's Rival, also called SPTR, is SPT's sworn enemy. Or at least, SPT is his sworn enemy. SPT doesn't consider him so, oddly enough.
Even though he is a pokemon trainer, it's still up in the air about what pokemon of his will be recurring. He has no Lulu of his own.
