Cackletta is an evil bean witch from the Beanbean Kingdom and is the main antagonist in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. She is a heartless (not literally) villain who wants nothing but to rule whatever world she happens to be on.

- Topmonhit originally had an idea where Fawful would end up on Rareworld and help Gruntilda, which he thought worked well since Grunty had no assistant and Fawful had no one to assist. Cackletta was nowhere in this idea, however, until he finally used it in the YB.
