The Gelgoog Elites are fierce, proud, strong, intelligent robotic warriors, and skilled combat tacticians. Gelgoogs are noted for their intelligence. They are incredible tacticians, renowned for their ferocity and decisive thinking. Although they not as tough as a Dom Brute, they have defense piercing weaponry and swift agility to outrun an average human or pokemon. Because of their high-stats, they could be difficult to defeat, especially if they are highly-ranked, spec-ops, or in groups. Worse is that tend to be fight dirty or using unfair tactics that could dishonor any warrior-like race thus being the most hated robots to respectful warriors. Coshi once remarked that they can use one-on-one duels as distractions so that the other could kill the dueling target easily which is a total insult to warriors.

Design
Gelgoog Elites are at least 8' 6" tall. The Gelgoogs are attributed for strength and intelligence, and are praised for their bravery and respect. To enemies, they are feared and dangerous. Gelgoog warriors augment these natural abilities further through use of Personal Energy Shields, integrated into their body. Depending upon rank and mission objective, they are commonly seen in battle with Beam Rifles, Spiker Carbines, Double-edged Beam Swords and sometimes Scythes or bazookas. Their legs have built-thrusters and industrial strength well-engineered leg framework. This leg design allows them to run very quickly and jump large distances. They also have EMP sheilding so electrical attacks won't effect them much.
Gelgoog Elites are extremely intelligent and always demonstrate this in combat. They are normally on the move when fighting, constantly running and ducking, strafing and dodging when firing at the enemy. They are also smart enough to utilize cover, ducking behind crates or other obstacles when their shields are drained until they recharge. The Gelgoog's seem to implore complex strategy if only it either improves success in battle, or it allows them to inflict more casualties on their enemies. In ship-to-ship combat, despite having the advantage of long range weapons such as turbolasers, they prefer to maneuver in close in an attempt to board their opponents vessel. These Elites charge their enemies with reckless aggression, regardless of any damage they sustain; only very seldom do they admit temporary defeat. They are quite capable of luring their enemies into traps by falling back into cover; as the enemy approaches, the robot will spring from its position and land a massive melee hit on the unsuspecting opponent, and is especially even more dangerous if the hiding bot is carrying a shotgun due to the weapon's high firepower at point-blank range. They are incredible tacticians, renowned for their ferocity and decisive thinking via calculations and battlefield analysis. This is shown to be very true in space during ship-to-ship combat, even when being horribly out numbered; they can win the fight with only few losses. This shows them to have a greater degree of intelligence than Dom Brutes.
Despite their advantages, Gelgoogs also have some vulnerabilities, depleting the sheild can make it weak to armor-piercing weaponry and attacks, attacking the energy socket on the navel will cause it lose energy, and gernades and other explosives can kill it.
Weapons and Items
GR-47 Beam Rifle (As shown in the pic)
The Gelgoog's standard issue weapon in combat. Like any other modern rifles, it has fire settings; short bursts, semi auto, and full auto. It is a firearm weapon that combines high accuracy with high damage power, used primarily for mid to long range combat. It uses an 70-round cylindrical magazine, sometimes suggested as being analogous to a "charger clip" style magazine, (such as in an M1 Garand or M91 Carcano used in WWII). The Gelgoog's hand plugs can display the amount of ammo in the magazine. The energy bolt rounds can cut through flesh easily and the later models can fire lasers that can act like gauss energy. It also comes with assessories; gernade launcher tube, lock-on and homing mod, and a deadly katana-shaped sonicblade bayonet that can be useful for stabbing and quick slashes.
regular riot sheild
The physical sheilds are for Minor Gelgoog Elites who didn't have energy sheilds yet. The main advantage it has is that it can't be depleted like an energy sheild. Unfortunalty for the Minor Gelgoog, it can't protect the whole body and it can be knocked out the robot's hand, making the holder very vurnerable to attacks.
personal energy sheild
Energy Shields are an important piece of technology that protect the users from harm, if only for a short time. The sheilds are rengineered from the remains of an ARC Trooper armor. Energy Shields, which are generated by the armor's built-in compact generator, protects the user with an extra layer of armor protecting the user against small arms fire. However, the shields will collapse after taking multiple shots. It will protect the user's body from damage until it is depleted, and it will regenerate after a while, provided that the user is not being damaged during this time. Although the shield protects the user's body, it doesn't render the Gelgoog. When it takes damage, it glows red instead of the YB's and CBV's blue colored energy sheilds. They are used by all Gelgoogs who were above the minor rank. The higher the rank, the more powerful it is that some can withstand shotgun attacks at point-blank range and sniper shots to the head. This also make the Gelgoog more harder to kill.
Beam naginata (AKA Double-edged beam sword)
The Beam naginata is the Metal Army's answer to the beam swords commonly used by their enemies such as Mack's lightsaber and the Star Beam Sword. Although the design look ceremonial, this energy bladed weapon is more dangerous than its ceremonial nature implies. The sword's blade is shaped and held into a curve form by a small magnetic-field generator built into the handle of the weapon. The reason the blade has two points is caused by the magnetic properties of the weapon, two poles needing two points. The Gelgoog Elites use this as their main melee weapon and is their weapon of choice. The weapon could be used in may lethal ways. The first way is lunging, which occurs when the user lunges forward at the foe. However, this only works when the Gelgoog's aiming reticule is lit red, indicating that the opposing player is within range. The blade itself can even cut through Necron Metal and it easily slice through organic flesh and metal swords which doesn't have anti-beam coating on the blade. It can be used to deflect enemy lasers just by spinning it in front of the user. Not that, the sword can be throw like a boomerang.
RS-45 Spiker Shotgun
Originally a sidearm for the Gelgoogs, it's a hybrid of a shotgun and a revolver in compact size. It can be used for close range due to the shotgun's short range. It also have blades for suprise melee attacks. They are very handy if they lose their swords or in cramped hallways. High ranked Gelgoog tend to have a pair of them, usually for dual weilding.

Trivia
- The Gelgoog Elites is heavily inspired by their mobile suit counterparts in the Gundam Franchise, even the model number is simular. What makes them not official chacters in the YB universe is that they are human-sized and fully automated machines.
- Their social status is simular to the Elites in Halo, hence the name.
- The difference between the Gelgoogs and the Halo's Elites is that Elites they value honor and warrior-like tradition but Gelgoogs have no concept of honor, they concider cheating and unfairness as legit tactics.
