Appearance
Mr. Smiley Indifferent Face looks like those smileys on the Lithium message boards, like the old NSider forums. His face is normally the "Indifferent" smiley, but he can change his expression to any of the other smileys.

Bio
Mr. Smiley Indifferent Face was created by Topmonhit to serve as a character to narrate and act as his omnipotent character that could do anything he wants to do. But after a while, he created The Cloud, and sold ownership of Mr. Indifferent Face to DrPikachu, who now uses it for the same purpose.
