Stuffwell is a walking, talking suitcase designed by Professor E. Gadd. Stuffwell first helped out Mario and Luigi during the Shroobs fiasco through time, but was later replaced by Super Stuffwell, and found by Top, who took it in.

History
After being replaced by Super Stuffwell, Top found Stuffwell outside alone and took it in as his own suitcase. Stuffwell then began to live under Top's hat, where it never does much besides providing Top with items to eat and gain abilities from. It occasionally helps out in other ways, though.
