It existed between dimensions, but one day it was able to condense enough and form a portal to another dimension. There, it quickly found a Poppy Bros. Sr. and took over its body, gaining that form. He then went to various dimensions, causing chaos and destruction. Eventually the events of The Cloud's Origin occured, then later the Tick Tack Emissary occured, the end of which had Count Bleah lose the form he had and was trapped in a black chest at an unknown location.
