Whacko is a whacka with the insight to wear a hard hat so he can't be hammered. He is apparently the pet of Top, but is usually seen as more of a roommate. Although he is technically a member of Team TOT, he doesn't actually go on adventures with them very often, although he gained the ability to do so more easily when Professor Oh Gee built a wagon full of dirt he can ride in. For this reason, and because he has no real fighting abilities, he's a somewhat unimportant character that is sometimes forgotten.

Top Story Bio
A Whacka who decided to stop taking hits to the head and put on a hard hat. He's pretty clever, and after helping Top out in Tihnompot, joined him as some sort of pet/roommate./Housemate.
