"I am blue, today~" --Giggles (Should happen but hasn't)
A Dragonair character of Paper's that WOULD be in Yoki, but he hasn't gotten around to it yet. Characteristics are: constantly singing, pink with bows, ability to shoot beams of love, and scary OCD. Trivia~
- Giggles was planned to be a villain in the novel written by Paper for National Novel Writing Month, but the novel has yet to get to that point
- Giggles was named so after Paper did a character meme in his Livejournal
