Liberty Region

Liberty Region #13 was established in 2013 when two regions (Philadelphia Region and Central Region East) combined.
The region covers Central and Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New York.

WOW Incident
- At Liberty Regions annual WOW convention, the 86th board of Allentown AZA (a chapter in our region) was able to take over the meeting by using a loophole placed in the Liberty Region AZA constitution. The loophole said that any Kohane Godol had the ability to change the region in any way they see fit if they saw something was wrong in the region. At the time, one of their advisors (Dave Synnamon) happened to be a Kohane Godol of Central Region East. At RLTI that year, the Regional Godol recognized CRE and Philly Region Kohane Godol's as Kohane Godol's of Liberty Region, thus giving CRE and Philly Kohane Godol's this power. By using this loophole, the Allentown Board was able to use a signed document from Dave Synnamon to force the regional board to install the 86th Allentown Board as the 2nd Regional Board of Liberty Region AZA. At the end of the meeting, the 2nd Regional Board deinstalled themselves as the current regional board and reinstalled the 1st Regional Board back onto Regional Board still as the 1st Regional Board, therefore setting precedent that if a former Regional Board is reinstalled onto Regional Board, they remain the same number board. This does not effect people who happen to be elected the same regional position two years in a row. The loophole has since been removed from the Liberty Region constitution.
