How to edit your region's page

In order for WikiBBYO to grow, we need the help of BBYO members to create and edit their region/council/chapter pages. Starting a new page is simple, click on your region or council. If someone has already started the page, click the "edit" tab to change it. If not, it will bring you directly to the editing page, where you can create the page.

This is what we need:

• A short Bio of the region, including the areas that make it up and any councils it includes.
• A list of chapter in the region, or, if the region has councils, a list of those councils (with a new link to a potential chapter/council page)
• A list of Regional Officers/Adviors/Directors
• Optional: a history of the region
• Optional: Specific info about AZA and BBG in the region
• Note: remember to divide the page into sections

What not to include on your regional page

• Information not directly pertaining to the region. For example, don't write about each council or chapter in the region, because that information will be in the council or chapter pages
• Non-factual information, your own opinion, etc.

How To

• To create a heading with an underline (like the "How To") place two equals signs (==) on both sides of the heading.
• To create a heading with no underline (for a subcategory heading) place three equals signs (===) on both sides of the heading.
• To create a link (that will automatically link to an existing page with that name or will allow someone to create that page) place double brackets ( [[ )on each side of the link.
