Philly Region was a very strong region back in it's prime. It covers areas surrounding Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. It was once one of the strongest regions; but due to poor leadership and bad recruiting, it slowly became weaker and weaker until it couldn't support itself anymore and in May 2013, folded. It combined with Central Region East and formed Liberty Region #13.
