The International N'siah is the International President who presides over all International Business meetings, she also serves on the BBYO Board of Governors and the B'nai B'rith Youth Commission. She supervises international Elections, as well as advising all international board members on appointing chairpeople.

The current International N'siah is Mercedes Benzaquen.
