Liberty Region was combined from Philadelphia Region and Central Region East!
The region covers Delaware, Pennsylvania(spanning from Harrisburg and to the east of it), and the lower part of New York(Binghamton).

- The second Regional AZA board was installed for 30 minutes at Greater Allentown Region Convention (Formally known as WOW Convention) 2014 on April 13th. During this meeting, the first Regional AZA board was discharged and then reinstated as the first Regional AZA board.
