It has held a strong presence in the area for 75 years and is currently known throughout the region as a strong chapter. The chapter, though the smallest AZA chapter in the Council, consistently made a name for itself throughout the 2000's with a disproportinately high number of Council Godolim and Council Board members. DIB also rose to international prominence in 2009 when its very own Aleph Saul Brodsky became the Grand Aleph Shaliach on International Board. |

It is a member of Virginia Council and thus Eastern Region. "DIB", as it is known, was founded c.
