Or Chadash takes girls from all of NOVA Council's areas. Current membership is made up mainly of students of W.T. Woodson High School in Fairfax, Virginia.

History

Created by Rachel Reiter, a former member and N'siah of Masada BBG #2103 in 2008, as a New Light in NOVA BBG, with help from many others, including Erin Israel, the current N'siah.
