Responsible for educating BBYO members about Judaism. Keeps the members connected to their religion. Also is responsible for organizing social action and community service opportunities. Leads services and birkats at conventions.

The current International Sh'licha is Taylor Kent of Charlotte, NC and Ohavim BBG of ER: NCC (Eastern Region: North Carolina Council) the new International Sh'licha elect is Happie Hoffman of Memphis, TN as well as River City BBG and CSR (Cotton States Region)
