The Am-Kor Group is an American based manufacturing business. Am-Kor limited was founded to represent both EJR Manufacturing and Jayatsu Manufacturing. Victor Jayson Equipment Inc. joined in 2009. The current CEO is Ralph James.

Am-Kor Limited was started in 1987 as a investment deal between EJR2 and Jayatsu America.
In 1988, Jayatsu Industrial was sold to Han Lee. In 1992, EJR2 was merged with EJR Manufacturing.
Am-Kor Limited was officially founded in 1993 as a partnership between EJR Manufacturing and Jayatsu Industrial.
In August 2009, Am-Kor President Ralph James said that Jayatsu Manufacturing and EJR Manufacturing are going through restructuring and major changes may be coming. James said that it will affect all parts of the Am-Kor Group and an official announcement will be made soon.
Am-Kor Motors
Am-Kor Motors was officially formed in 2008 with the announcement of the RMC Charge. The President of Am-Kor Motors is Bill Kennedy.
Victor Jayson Equipment Inc.
Victor Jayson Equipment Inc. became a member of the Am-Kor Group in 2009 when LnV merged Jayatsu America and VT Equipment Inc.
RoV Bottling Company
In May 2009, Am-Kor purchased the bankrupt RoV Bottling Company.
