Low Budget Television (abbreviated LBTV) was a short show produced by Low Budget Media The show was hosted by Frankford Frankie Frankson, Bob, and Steven Yohanson Weinstien. The show ran from 2006-2007.

Frank with the News
The News was the first segment on LBTV. Most of the news was made up and sometimes meant to be humorous.
Steve with the Random Report
This was the least popular segment of LBTV. Steve would usually just ramble on about something random with no relation to the show.
Bob with the Weather and the Retarded Weather
The Weather was hosted by Bob. Each episode, he picked a different area predicted the weather.
The Retarted Weather was the most popular segment on LBTV. The Retarted Weather followed the regular weather and was usually hosted by Bob. Bob left the show after episode four, so Frank replaced Bob on the Weather and Retarded Weather for episode five.

LBTV had several special guests:

- Pigat from The Valley - episode 3
- Yakov Francis Romanov - episode 4 and 5

Cancellation
Low Budget Television was cancelled by Some Guy after just five episodes. Low Budget Media released the following statement:
"We were having difficulties making the episodes. There was an important character who could no longer work for us and the show could not continue without them."
