Star Wars is one of the most famous, most epic, and most popular wars in the history of man kind. The war took place a long time ago in a galaxy far away. The war was between the Galactic Empire and the Rebel Alliance.
Movie
In 1977, George Lucas released a movie based on the Star Wars. The movie was such a success, that it spawned two sequels. Episode 2 in 1980 and Episode 3 in 1983.
In the late 1990s, George Lucas wanted more money. So he decided to remake Episodes 1-3. However, these movies were completely different and were actually prequels. Therefore the original trilogy was remade into Episodes 4-6. The new movies were released in 1999, 2003, and 2005. The remade movies turned out to be worse then the previous movies.
