Am-Kor Limited is an American based manufacturing business. Am-Kor limited was founded to represent both EJR Manufacturing and Jayatsu Manufacturing. The current CEO is Ralph James.

History

Am-Kor Limited was started in 1987 as a investment deal between EJR2 and Jayatsu America.

In 1988, Jayatsu Industrial was sold to Han Lee. In 1992, EJR2 was merged with EJR Manufacturing.

Am-Kor Limited was officially founded in 1993 as a partnership between EJR Manufacturing and Jayatsu Industrial.

Am-Kor Motors

Am-Kor Motors is the automotive division of Am-Kor Limited. The Richards Motor Company and Jayatsu Motor Company are run under Am-Kor Motors. In 2008 Bill Kennedy became the President of Am-Kor Motors.

So International

In 1998, Am-Kor bought the remaining So Manufacturing. So Manufacturing is another Korean based manufacturing company. In 1999 the name was changed to So International. The most famous product was the ill fated So Car. In 2001. Am-Kor decided to bring back the So Car and turned it into a minor success.

In 2009, ownership of So International was switched to Jayatsu Industrial. So International was merged with Jayatsu and the name was changed to Jayatsu Manufacturing.
