Mississlippy was launched in 2002 by Matt and [[Liliaku]] on [[Expage.com]]. Mississlippy is a comedy based website that has bits of useful and useless knowledge.

In 2004, Mississlippy moved to [[Freewebs.com]] and the Mississlippy Archive was created.[[Mississlippy Media Inc.]] was launched in 2007 with the creation of the [[Idiots (Internet Series)|Idiots]] videos on the site. [[Mississlippy Records]] was unveiled in 2008. However, nothing is currently being produced. The Mississlippy [[wiki]], [[WikiSlippy]] was launched on April 1, [[2008]].
