== History ==
Avitz AZA was found in 2007 due to the merging of the two chapters [[Amitz AZA]] #2490 and [[Aviv AZA]] #2383 in an attempt to form a large, top tier chapter. The merger was successful and Avitz now caps out at 100 members, the largest of any AZA chapter in the United States. It was founded by Adam Meyer and Jeffery Draluck, both the Godolim of Amitz and Aviv. They continued to live on their chapters legacies with instilling the principles of each chapter in younger members.
