Chapters are from Toledo, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, and Cleveland, Ohio as well as a few members from western Pennsylvania. There are current talks of adding the entirety of Pennsylvania to the region, which would change it to the Pennsylvania Ohio Region Northern.
