The mansion of madness was owned by The Brotherhood of Ultra Science, until it was burned down in 1994.

Throughout the mansion you fight various monsters created by Jacob Crow, such as ghosts, zombies and various other monsters.

You also meet Jo-Beth Casey, who is trying to photograph zombies.
