Slick Tommy is part of Big Tony's gang. He looks similiar to Jimmy Needles, but has a necktie instead of a bowtie, his hat is slanted the other way, and his suit is brown instead of white. He also looks similar to Hatchet Sal, but without a mustache, and has a hat.
