Set in 1970, Tipper is a Detective set to retrieve an important suitcase (presumably containing evidence). The restaurant itself is called ''Orientals'', and is the headquarters of [[Mr. Big|Mr. Big's]] chinese gang. It is unknown whether the whole staff of Orientals are in the gang, or whether they have some kind of allegiance towards them, since they fire at Harry Tipper.	+

The Minigun is an electronic Gatling gun. It dispenses rounds from its six rotating barrels at an incredible rate of fire, but there is one big drawback. Continuous fire will cause the barrel to overheat, reducing its firing speed (and effectiveness) to that of a semi-automatic pistol.
