There are two people named Dr. Light.

One was a silly villian, but that was NOT HARDCORE ENOUGH, so he was retconned into being a murderous rapist. He really likes to rape people. And talk about it. All the time. It was revealed in Final Crisis #1 he will even rape members of his own sex who happen to be dead.

Yeah. This guy was on the Teen Titans cartoon.

Fortunately, the Spectre killed him by trapping him in wax and lighting him on fire like a giant candle. The Spectre's cool like that.

The other is a female superhero, Kimyo Hoshi, who is fairly awesome and was in Justice League International, so naturally had bad things happen to her, namely the boring rapist Dr. Light took her powers in a way that was "like rape" (one dimensional character? nao wae!) But her awesomeness allowed her to inexplicably get better, so she is a superhero once more.
