Everybody Loves the Pez

A short lived sitcom on NBC. In it, The Pez and Minnesota President are best friends. Pez is a gay lawyer and Sota is a straight manga artist from Hawaii. They both live in New York City. Sota is engaged to a real jerk, Rad McAwesome, but when that relationship falls apart, she moves in with Pez. This is only supposed to be until Sota finds a place of her own, but she and Pez end up with each other as permanent roommates. Also in the cast are Virgil, Pez's weird friend, and Virgie, Sota's German secretary/assistant who doesn't really need to work because she runs a website that caters to goat and squid pornography.
Cast includes - Topher Grace as The Pez, Cillian Murphy as Virgil, Angelina Jolie as Virgie, Rei Hino as Minnesota President, Johnny Depp as Rad McAwesome and Heath Ledger as SJ Whatley.
This is pretty ironic considering that nowadays nobody loves the Pez.
