Actually a Canadian with no affiliation with the Caribbean, the Carribbean Mon has all the powers of someone who grew up there. He is a master of the sea, and can easily be considered one of the Organization's better pirates. He can swashbuckle in ways no one even imagined before.<br />

Caribbean Mon doesn't have any actual powers, per se, but he is great with ships, swords, and general swashbuckling.<br />

Caribbean Mon was an average [[Canadian]] citizen. Growing up on a lake, he learned to love fishing and sailing. He took this a step too far when he began piracy in the Atlantic Ocean. He tried to rob an Organization boat, but was thwarted and then recruited.<br />
