'''Appearance:''' Bryan has his father's eyes and his mother's nose. He's not ugly per se, but he's not very attractive either. His hair is brown, but that's of little importance; he's kept his head shaved since 8th grade. He claims that hair is a liability. He sports a goatee that for some reason is red instead of brown, and which he insists is natural. He had an eyebrow ring for a while, but it was ripped out 'by accident'. He is 5'11 (he says 6') and 183 lbs. This, combined with his nearly always aggrivated demeanor makes him pretty threatening. Not to mention the vein in his head that flares up from time to time. His attire usually consists of his large black Davidsons (the only pair of shoes he owns), overalls with the knees ripped to shreds, and a black Motörhead t-shirt which he rarely washes. He wears a belt to keep his overalls suspended waisthigh, allowing the straps to dangle at his hips. He occasionally goes commando when he runs out of clean underwear. He wears a small silver cross necklace under his shirt (he doesn't bother to explain why; he isn't religious). He is third-generation Irish, and he's reluctantly aware that he is in fact a stereotype.

'''Biography:''' This kid's got a short fuse on him. During his early years of gradeschool he was diagnosed with ADD and some symptoms of tourrets. Being picked on for his habits of twitching and verbal outbursts, he developed an uncontrollable temper that led him into numerous quarrels with other students. This resulted in detentions, then suspensions, then counselling, then finally an ultimatum: cut the shit or get out, kid. Not in those words, of course. The school counsellor advised Bryan's parents to enroll him in some kind of sports team or something to help him burn off steam. That didn't work. He just got in fights with the other little soccer players. A family friend suggested they try the Muay Thai gym downtown, adding that martial arts taught discipline (what a crock).

Duped by this age-old lie, they took him to Neilson's Muay Thai. Reg Neilson was skeptical about teaching someone so young, but in the end he figured "What the hell, they start teaching 'em when they're--what, six?--in Thailand." And with that breviloquent statement, Bryan began his training in Thai kickboxing. As unforgiving as it was, Bryan loved every aspect of his tutelage. Neilson was a Korean War veteran, and had an endless repertoire of interesting stories to tell. Bryan came to greatly admire and respect old Neilson, and Neilson in turn believed Bryan had great potential in Muay Thai. With much effort, Bryan finished gradeschool with a mere two other altercations, neither of which were very serious. What's more, his twitching seemed to subside slowly but surely during this period. Eventually it went away altogether.

Highschool started. Bryan hated the other students, some being kids he knew and hated in gradschool, some just being pricks in general. Fortunately, highschool fights were far superior to those of his earlier days. You didn't have to fight in the schoolyard or the hallway; you could simply meet the bastard at the park and kick his teeth in there instead. No consequence. That is, as long as you didn't kill him or put him into a coma or anything. And whenever Bryan came home with a black eye or a fat lip, he could just chalk it up to sparring at Neilson's. He unintentionally landed a spot in a school gang (the not-so-infamous Bloody Fists) by beating the shit out of a previous member. Not that he enjoyed the company of any of them in particular; they were just a bunch of everyday schoolyard bullies. But his affiliation to the Fists made the everyday jackass think twice before even looking at Bryan the wrong way. In this way he became even easier to provoke, unfortunately to an extent where he came off as just as much of a bully as his cohorts. It was through these young hooligans that he met someone very influential to his spare time: Jack Daniels. He couldn't find a girlfriend, or even a date for that matter. This was kind of frustrating, but at the same time, hey, at least you don't have to put up with all the drama. His grades weren't exactly stellar, but he certainly lost no sleep over them. Highschool was no big deal.

Last year Bryan was involved in something of an altercation. During a football game he allegedly beat Franklyn's star receiver unconscious, then got into another fight with one of their lineman. He was suspended for a month; unfortunately, it was nearing the end of the year, so the duration lasted over his final exams and he failed all of his classes automatically. He returned to the 10th grade this year, but somehow managed to get into a fight with the exact same lineman at the first game of the season. This time, however, he was cut some slack because the fight was cut short mere seconds in...also no one had to be hospitalized. Instead of suspension he was to serve his spare periods assisting the custodian in his duties for three months. Bryan developed a friendship with the janitor and returned several weeks later to the same position, however this time volunteering. Go figure.

In any case, he is no more or less alienated from his classmates as he was last year. At least he's in the same homeroom as the Bloody Fists' leader, so he's become something of a right-hand man apparently. You'd think being held back would've changed his highschool social life, wouldn't you? Nope.

Personalitywise, Bryan doesn't have a lot to offer. He takes himself too seriously, and this can probably be connected to his short temper. Said temper has caused him to alienate everyone around him save for a select few individuals. However, he does maintain a below-average stress level, according to his psychologist. This could be because of his psysically demanding hobby. According to his father, he'd probably put forth an effort to reach out to others if he wasn't s'damn proud. He's not exceptionally booksmart, but he is streetsmart to an extent. In a way he is honorable; he thinks it's cowardly to hit in the nads or while someones back is turned, and he never hits girls (even though this can be trying at times). These virtues would've been lost on Bryan had it not been for Reg Neilson and CJ.

'''Advantages:''' He is in good physical condition and is proficient in hand-to-hand combat. He has a high threshold for pain and doesn't panic easily.

'''Disadvantages:''' He is impatient and quick to anger, and doesn't adequately think things through. He has the worst negotiational skills on the planet.

Always wearing his logo t-shirt (Birdman), khaki shorts and DC Court shoes, people know what Robert likes to do in his spare time. He has an extremely calm face, with light blue eyes and brown hair down to his shoulders. Despite his height, Robert still gives off the appearance of your typical lanky teenager. His body has many visible scars to the arms, legs, and a few scattered across his head from many a trick gone wrong of the halfpipe.

'''Biography:''' Robert was born in Ontario, Canada but due to his dad being transferred, his family was forced to move to New Jersey. The move wasn't difficult for Robert, as he immediatley found the skate scene in New Jersey to offer much more than his previous hometown. He quickly made a name for himself as being the kid who would attempt anything. This would eventually come back to haunt him.

Scholastically, Robert isn't the brightest kid in the class, however he's not the dumbest either. He's just average. Coasting through school, doing just enough to get by. He has made a few good friends since the move, but none of them go to Hobbsborough. Not to say he doesn't socialize, he'd just prefer to be attending one of the other schools because the people at Hobbsborough seem to be those fake kind of people. The type that use the people around them to gain social status, and that was one thing Robert cannot stand. The whole idea of acting a certain way to gain social status was repulsive. People need to learn that they have to be themselves in Robert's mind.

Just this year however, Robert had a bad spill attempting a 900. His cracked violently against the ramp, and though he was wearing a helmet, he suffered a sever concussion. He still gets headaches to this day, which have on occasion caused him to completely blackout.

'''Advantages:''' One advantage he has over others is his insanely high tolerance for pain, stemming from all the wipeouts while boarding. He is also extremely agile.

'''Disadvantages:''' If his headaches come back sometime during the game, it could leave him prone to attack since he won't be focusing properly. His headaches could also cause him to blackout leaving him easy prey for the other players. On top of this he has never been in a real fight, so his knowledge of combat is quite lacking.

'''Appearance:''' Kyle is built like a twig. Standing 6’2’’, he towers over many, however weighing in at only 160lbs; you’d worry for Kyle if any kind of wind ever picked up. His bushy brown hair stands out in a crowd. I don’t mean like it is styled different, I mean Kyle does not understand what a hairbrush is used for. Kyle likes to keep a bit of stubble growing in the form of a goatee. It gives him a sense of maturity over others. His normal dresswear is a t-shirt, jeans, and his soccer team windbreaker jacket. He has also had the same pair of Nike Shox for the last two years.

'''Biography:''' Kyle was born and raised in Waterloo, Ontario. A real boring town, which led Kyle to seek out something to entertain him. He found this in soccer. He excelled in the sport, becoming one of the more talented defenders in the league as well as captain of the team.

His parents always made sure they encouraged Kyle in everything he did, and always gave him full support (especially financially). The only problem they have ever had with Kyle was when his dad moved the family to New Jersey because at the time, the American dollar was worth more. Kyle saw this move as greedy, however his father did it so he could provide a better life for his family. When his dad started bringing home substantially larger checks, Kyle realized his fathers intentions, and forgave him.

In school, Kyle is just an average student. High school did open Kyle’s eyes to a wonderful thing. Women. Kyle was shocked at how beautiful the girls he knew in elementary school had become. Kyle first discovered the pleasures of a woman on the last day of school in 9th Grade. It was at a party to celebrate the end of the year. Since then, Kyle has loved women both emotionally and physically at every chance he gets. Kyle does have the desire to find one woman to love, however he has suffered many failed attempts, and now has a mental problem, where he struggles to trust women. This has not interfered with Kyle’s physical relationships with them, but the trust issue has begun to carry over to people in general.

His whole trust issue began after he met his third girlfriend. He fell in love for the first time. After dating the girl for 5 months he discovered that she cheated on him with his then best friend.

'''Advantages:''' Kyle has amazing reflexes, and the ability to “read” a situation, all stemming from soccer. Another advantage that could play to Kyle is his calm and cool demeanor. He is able to keep a level head in many stressful situations.

'''Disadvantages:''' Kyle has one obvious weakness. Women. If he runs into a pretty face who could do some acting, Kyle would be sure to fall. Despite his skepticism of women, he still has not gotten over his love of them. Another weakness of Kyle’s is he does not possess the upper body strength most do, due to his focus on leg strength and endurance training.

'''Appearance:''' Justin stands at 6'1", with an extremely lanky body. His pasty white skin could be mistaken for albino in the sunlight. He has flaming red hair, and skin covered with freckles. In other words, he is a ginger kid. Justin has a medical problem which causes his hands to be consistently cold, clammy and sweaty. His normal everyday dress wear is the basic sweater and jeans combo, with his favourite pair of Nike sneakers.

'''Biography:''' Justin grew up in a happy home. That was until his parents decided to complete the family by giving Justin another sibling. This turned out to be a turning point in Justin's life. His new sister became the center of attention for the entire family, causing Justin to nearly be forgotten. Over time though, he learned to deal with it,and instead of pre-occupying his time with trying to win back his family. He focused on computers and computer games. He became a wizard at all Real Time Strategy games, eventually moving on to MMO's like World of Warcraft. During the time spent on the computers, especially when it came to program writing, Justin found he had a well developed understanding of Mathematics. The combination of Math and Computers became the cornerstone of his life.

Eventually Justin's parents feared he would start to become obese and forced Justin to join a school sports team. He excelled at cross-country after finding he could run for extremely long amounts of time and moderate speeds. While he never won any of the competitions, he was always close to the top. The whole sports thing to help with weight wouldn't have mattered for Justin since he has an extremely high metabolism anyways. Through the cross-country team he has made a couple good friends, but because of his nerdy appearance and the fact that he'd rather read math textbooks at lunch break than play basketball, the general population of the class ignore him.

'''Advantages:''' He has moderately fast speed, that he can carry over for long amounts of time, so he could over take someone running away from him.

'''Disadvantages:''' He does have a lack of physical strength, and his height combined with his extremely noticeable red hair will stand out a lot more than others.

'''Appearance:''' At 5'7" Robert is one of the shorter males at the skate park. Always wearing his logo t-shirt (Birdman), khaki shorts and DC Court shoes, people know what Robert likes to do in his spare time. He has an extremely calm face, with light blue eyes and brown hair down to his shoulders. Despite his height, Robert still gives off the appearance of your typical lanky teenager. His body has many visible scars to the arms, legs, and a few scattered across his head from many a trick gone wrong of the halfpipe.

'''Biography:''' Robert was born in Ontario, Canada but due to his dad being transferred, his family was forced to move to New Jersey. The move wasn't difficult for Robert, as he immediatley found the skate scene in New Jersey to offer much more than his previous hometown. He quickly made a name for himself as being the kid who would attempt anything. This would eventually come back to haunt him.

Scholastically, Robert isn't the brightest kid in the class, however he's not the dumbest either. He's just average. Coasting through school, doing just enough to get by. He has made a few good friends since the move, but none of them go to Hobbsborough. Not to say he doesn't socialize, he'd just prefer to be attending one of the other schools because the people at Hobbsborough seem to be those fake kind of people. The type that use the people around them to gain social status, and that was one thing Robert cannot stand. The whole idea of acting a certain way to gain social status was repulsive. People need to learn that they have to be themselves in Robert's mind.

Just this year however, Robert had a bad spill attempting a 900. His cracked violently against the ramp, and though he was wearing a helmet, he suffered a sever concussion. He still gets headaches to this day, which have on occasion caused him to completely blackout.

'''Advantages:''' One advantage he has over others is his insanely high tolerance for pain, stemming from all the wipeouts while boarding. He is also extremely agile.

'''Disadvantages:''' If his headaches come back sometime during the game, it could leave him prone to attack since he won't be focusing properly. His headaches could also cause him to blackout leaving him easy prey for the other players. On top of this he has never been in a real fight, so his knowledge of combat is quite lacking.

Dan (Scipher) grew up in Windsor, Ontario, and was introduced to Battle Royale by Bryan (CycoKiller) and Giselle (Baby_G) two years ago while attending a party. His first thought was, "Holy shit, its the MXC guy!" when he saw the teacher was Kitano.

Dan grew up playing hockey and all other contact sports. He has training in Greco-Roman wrestling, as well as ground submission fighting. He has only ever had one "conventional" pet, in that he had a dog when he was 2. Since then he has owned a kingsnake, two pythons, a pair of Emperor Scorpions, two bearded dragons and a chameleon.

Dan is currently enrolled at the University of Windsor majoring in History with a minor in Political Sciences.

The character of Dan Cosyn controlled by CycoKiller is based off him.

Handler of Steven Stencell, Justin Moore, Rob Adams and Kyle Rizea.
