Article I
Rights and Duties of the Citizen

It is the noble duty and obligation of every citizen to safeguard the political and ideological unity and solidarity of the people, support the Magdhan Revolution, defend the patrimony of the nation, and protect the national unity and integrity of the country.


Every Magdhan shall be an elector at twenty-one years of age. Conditions to be an elector shall be established by law.

It is the noble duty and obligation of every elector to participate in elections and to cast his vote. Voting shall be equal, secret, free, and direct ballot.


Article II
The National Movement for the Cultural and Social Revolution

Section 1. In Magdha there exists a single national institution, the National Movement for the Cultural and Social Revolution.

Section 2. (1) The National Movement for the Cultural and Social Revolution is the nation politically organized.

(2) Its doctrine is JLism.

(3) Every Magdhan national is a member of the National Movement for the Cultural and Social Revolution.
