Hi Diane,The Ski Resorts are hosting a bunch of cotitmiepons, the USASA Superpipe is held at Sierra-at-Tahoe, The North Face Masters of Snowboarding is at Kirkwood and with the recent storms, the packed powder is AWESOME! If your not a snow sports kinda gal, Apres Wine Company has wine tasting (6 kinds for only ten bucks!). Taco Tasting with a Patron Margarita at Brooks' Bar (Edgewood Golf course, beautiful views!!). Giant giveaways from Sierra-at-Tahoe at Mc P's Pub (even a snowboard!) And of course, don't forget the shows at the Horizon Casino like the Bethany Owen show, Woman of a thousand voices, if you like impressions and the The Improv at Harvey's Casino with Howie Nave, on Wednesday. Bleu Nightclub has live music on the weekends, and the Aspen lounge at Horizon has karaoke! There's a free guided snowshoe hike on the Tahoe Rim Trail if you want to get outside and enjoy the weather. The community College is putting on the off-Broadway show Almost, Maine . Heavenly Ski resort is hosting a huge giveaway on Friday at the Riva Grill, and Sierra-at-Tahoe is hitting up the town all over with party's, music and giveaways.
