Oklahoma Wiki is a new project that was started by James M. Branum (author of JMBzine.com to create an online encyclopedia about all things related to Oklahoma. Where there all other online encyclopedias that cover Oklahoma (most notably Wikipedia), some of the more interesting topics are often not covered or are even censored by the editors (as was the case with certain articles on Wikipedia).

My hope is in time to develop consensus-based decision making processes to edit Oklahoma Wiki (possibly as part of the Oklahoma Independent Media Center , but in the mean time all final editing decisions are made by James M. Branum.

All are welcome to contribute content to Oklahoma Wiki, but contributions should be understood as being made to the public domain.
