Each time a Player breaks the rules then in place the Player will lose 20 points for each rule broken. If an offense breaks multipule rules the point loss is cumulative. Any Player may accuse another Player of braking the rules. The Judge will determine if the accused Player is guilty. The decision of the Judge may be overturned by a unanamious vote, which the Judge and the accused Player will not be allowed to vote.
