These rules shall:
1.) Limit a person to one account. 2.) Define how a person may join and leave the game.

Add comments Well, I made a boo-boo. It seems that rule 105 is a dup of 104. If 105 was as intended, the second sentence of this proposal would have conflicted with an immutable rule, however, it was not and this does not. I would like to request that the proposer modify the second sentence as such: A new player may join by registering an account and adding themselves to the census. (that way we don't get anon ip users as actual players) Besides that, fantastic!
