This game is in a little bit of a rut at the moment with the holidays and school breaks, but I expect it to pick back up here in a couple weeks. As for your activity I would say that all players that join are considered inactive as they haven't voted or debated on anything within the last 14 days. But that being said you voted so you're no longer inactive and you abstained at that so you vote didn't really "count" anyway.
