Well, I made a boo-boo. It seems that rule 105 is a dup of 104. If 105 was as intended, the second sentence of this proposal would have conflicted with an immutable rule, however, it was not and this does not. I would like to request that the proposer modify the second sentence as such: A new player may join by registering an account and adding themselves to the census. (that way we don't get anon ip users as actual players) Besides that, fantastic!

-
: Also, how about wikilinking Census in the proposal? Or should we keep it with plain text?

:: Hey, I did the change. I'm of the opinion we should keep it plain text so that there's no confusion with it having anything to do with the rules. sinblox 09:17, 10 April 2006 (PDT)
