Districting
Nomicapolis is divided into nine cantons. These cantons shall be named as follows:
- North Canton
- South Canton
- East Canton
- West Canton
- Northeast Canton
- Northwest Canton
- Southeast Canton
- Southwest Canton
- Center Canton
Cantons may be referred to by additional or alternate names only as the rules permit.
The borders of each canton shall be initially drawn such that they share a border with three and only three other cantons: the center canton, and the two adjacent cantons as implied by their compass names.
Population
