First issue of the Nomicapolis Newsletter now published

Welcome to the inaugural edition of the Nomicapolis Newsletter! Hopefully, this newsletter will provide useful information on the current and recent happenings of Nomicapolis. Newsworthy items can include new proposals, proposals up for a vote, decisions of the Judge, new players, debates on future of this game, and even milestones accomplished. It may even include messages and antedotes from the Judge. It could also include pointers on wiki-markup from the admin.
The newsletter is tenatively set to be published weekly or possibly monthly with weekly updates.
If you are interested in including a newsworthy item and are confortable with the syntax used, feel free to include it, at least until an editor-in-chief is selected.
