Proposer's summary and declarations
Per rule 111 I shall set the voting period as no shorter than 48 hours and no longer than 120 hours from the time this proposals is submitted. In regards to rule 203 I would suggest that a vote be unanimous if there is no oppose votes (i.e. three players, two of those votes AYE and one does not vote at all, then the proposal has unanimous consent.)
Debate
Hi,
I propose we amend the rule to say the following:
In a vote the following definitions will apply for consent/failure. A simple majority shall constitute at least 50% of total votes. A 2/3 majority shall constitute at least 66% of total votes. Unanimous consent shall constitute all votes being positive.
Good job on the template, btw. Looks good. Sorry I haven't been super-active, school ends in a couple weeks though!

Just one question regarding your proposed amendment:
- Would "at least 50% of total votes" constitute a simple majority? My understanding of simple majority is that it represents over half of the group. I would prefer the use of "...greater than..." instead of "...at least...".
Also I would like to take the chance to put forth my own amendment to this proposal, that is to change 2/3 majority to supermajority.
Here is how the proposed rule would read, let me know if you like the change:
- In a vote, the following definitions will apply for consent/failure: A simple majority shall constitute a number greater than 50% of total votes. A supermajority shall constitute at least 66% of total votes. Unaminous consent shall constitute all votes being positive.
