Storyline
Murzon has betrayed Master Crash and the gang and plans to keep the blue prints for himself! Murzon plans to make his own factory and joins Peachycakes to use Minis against the wiki! use your choice of two factory workers in there fight against Murzon and Peachycakes!
Gameplay
Factory Chaos is a 3D game and 2d game,There are two total acts in each level, one you play as two Factory workers, and the other using Minis just like the Mario Vs. Donkey Kong 2 gamplay, after defeating both acts there is a boss, to enter a level you must enter a specific door, you need to find the key that opens that door, There are also secrets and mini games.

Unlockables
To Unlock a character, you must complete a specific amount of MiniGames or get to a sertant part in the Story Mode.
Multiplayer
This Game Contains versus multiplayer, and Co-op, In Multiplayer versus, you can play mini games, battle mode, race mode, capture the minis, And Army mode, these can be played over wi fi and Battle Mode can play with up to 8 people.
Army Mode
Army Modes gameplay lets your character control an army of Minis, when controling your minis you are able to send your minis attacking an opponent, also you may punch, jump, and kick the opposing enemy, first person to lose all there health or minis loses.
Battle Mode
Battle Mode is a 3D fighting mode that can be played wirelessly or over the internet, last person standing wins.
Story Co-Op
In Story Co-Op, there is a 2d and A 3D version, the 3d can be played with 4 people and the 2d only with 2, the 2d versions gamplay is very similar to The Sonic Advance series where the two players can do team attacks.
