Chain Dungon is a place hidden in the Super Mario Wiki. There are only four entrances. The place is frozen cold, and Penguins in [[Penguin Hills]] find. Other then that, creatures called Uigos inhabit the place, and if an unlocky user finds the Chained Place, they will capture him, and hang them on chains. If they escape, usually spikes made of ice will be below, if not, they have a chance.
