Toa Waluigi is a user on the Super mario wiki. He claims to be a Toa of Bob-Ombs but he really isn't.If anything he's a Toa of Fusion. He was once biomchanical, though. The Toa of Fusion part, though, comes from his knack for combining things such as Paper Plumber DS (formerly known as Super Paper Plumber), and Dry Gonzo.

Wikiverse Heroes
Toa Waluigi first appeaed in the story Wikiverse Heroes and later the comic. Here he appeared as a great evil that tried to destroy all Wikis and recreate them. He was stopped the three Heroes of Legend though. He had control over explosions, he could create explosions, he could cause someone to burst into flames, and he could conjour up any kind of bomb. He wielded the Staff of Fusion. He wore a Mask of Shielding early in the story. Later in the story, he wore the Kanohi Ignika, the Legendary Mask of Life. In the fight of Wikia he was stabbed in the chest by Super paper luigi, but survived. In the Fight of Wikis, his lair floated above the battle. It was then invaded by the heroes . Great Gonzo was the first one to make it but couldn't survive in the one man battle. When SPL and 3dejong got up 3dejong grabbed Toa Waluigi's power source and was destroyed with it. Unable to use his powers, the spear's, or the Ignika's, he killed. But, he also took SPL down with him.
Wiki hoops 4- on -4
In Wiki hoops 4- on -4, Toa Waluigi was unlockable character. To unlock him you must have all non unlockable characters score 50 points in all. He is able to temporarily fuse someones feet to the ground but can only do it once per game.
Mariowiki Kart
This time he isn't unlockable. In Mariowiki Kart, he drives the Akutamey. His main area is the Shielding Dome. It looks like a giant Hau which the player drives in.
