Rupert Thorne is a criminal mastermind. A chief rival to both The Penguin and The Kingpin. HE tried to burn down Mushnick Florist but was overcome by Batman's replacement, Warioman. He escaped with 3D as his henchmen were taken withpolice. his other henchmen, Wayoshi and Dry Bones escaped on their cycles.
He was soon kidnapped by The Ventriloquist and Scarface.
