Many things happen in the Sewer, but few venture into the abis near the old Zoos. The sewer connects all 4 major kingdoms and is run by The Mysterious Sewer King.
Max2 , 3D , and Plumber called him "Penguin" and the name stuck, so now if they step on foot into the sewer they will be attacked by automatic rubber ducks.
the Sewer only has 1 known regular dweler, he lives here with his Penguins while owning the Iceburge Lounge as well.
