Mario Wiki Penitentiary incarcerates the leading trolls, and criminals. After Warioman: The Lard Knight, it was burnt and most felons were sent to Bastille Prison. It is regarded as one of the strongest prisons in the world, though not nearly as strong as Impel Down.
