The Gluco-Gel 9000 was designed by Tech to encase targets in a cube of gel. He first used it when he and the other Loonatics were being transformed into hybrids by shooting the DNA Scrambler, thus destroying it. This was used again in "The Music Villian". (First used in The World is my Circus)
