Green Sandpiper Lea overspill channel. 2 Meadow Pipits, 2 Reed Buntings (m) on North marsh, 6 Blackcaps, 1 Lesser Whitethroat. 100+ House Martins over Filter beds.   • Staines Res: Grey Phalarope present up to 11:45hrs at least but note that there is currently no access due to foot and mouth restrictions (Birdguides).

  • Alexandra Park: Tree Pipit flew northeast @ 0707, Lesser Whitethroat, Spotted Flycatcher, 2 Willow Warblers in Cricket Scrub. Unfortunately, it looks as if a pair of nesting Little Grebes have failed. They had at least one egg and if it had hatched it would have been the first successful record for the Park(Bob Watts, Andrew Gardener).
