Morris Stewart Opens New Used Car Business
A new used car lot, Stewart Motor Company will be open Friday, October 24, at the corner of 2nd and A streets by Morris Stewart of Springfield. Formerly associatedwith Kendal Motor Company in Eugene, Mr. Stewart plans to handle the best in late used cars.
A native of Springfield, Stewart is married and has 2 sons, Curtis, 14, and David 1x.
An interesting sidelight is that the original spring from which Springfield was named is located on Mr. Stewart's corner lot.
